SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans crushed or stewed tomatoes
2 cans cut green beans, drained
1 lg. onion, chopped
Dash oregano
Salt & Pepper to taste
3 c. mashed potatoes
Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add tomatoes, green beans, salt, pepper and oregano. Cook out excess liquid. Place in baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over top and bake at 450 degrees until cheese melts.
