SIX WEEKS BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. BLAIR apple pie spice
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. oil or melted shortening

Mix raisin bran, sugar, flour, salt, soda, apple pie spice in a large bowl. Add mixture of eggs, buttermilk and oil; mix well. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator and use as needed. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Keeps at least 6 weeks in refrigerator. Makes 7 dozen muffins.
