HOT CRAB DIP 
2 c. (1 lb.) crab claw meat
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick butter
Garlic powder (to taste)
Cayenne pepper (to taste)
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
5 shallots, chopped
Onion powder (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)

Melt butter. Saute shallots, add cream cheese and stir until melted and well blended. Add all dry ingredients and stir well. Add crab meat. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until crab meat is heated through. NOTE: You may add a few drops of liquid crab boil (optional).
