LASAGNA 
Boil 1 pound lasagna; do not drain. Add cold water to pot until you can handle noodles.

FILLING:

1 lb. ricotta cheese
6 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
3 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. garlic salt

Mix well until smooth. Spread 1-2 tablespoons on each noodle. (Take one at a time from pot; dry; then spread with mixture.) Roll up and lay in pan. Pour 3 tablespoons melted butter over rolled noodles. Pour Prego sauce with cooked ground beef over noodles. Top with Mozzarella cheese and 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees until done.
