AMBROSIA SALAD | |
1 sm. pkg. orange gelatin 1 can mandarin oranges 1 sm. can chunk pineapple 1 banana, diced 1 c. coconut 1 1/2 c. sour cream 1 c. sm. marshmallows 1 c. boiling water 3/4 c. reserved juice Drain oranges and pineapple, reserving juices. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add 3/4 cup reserved juice. Refrigerate until gelatin starts to set. In separate bowl combine remaining ingredients. When gelatin is thick like a syrup, add fruit mixture into gelatin. Mix thoroughly and chill until firm. |
