QUICK EGG FU YUNG 
1 pkg. fried Rice-A-Roni
6 eggs
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash of pepper

Prepare Rice-A-Roni as directed. Let cool. Beat together eggs, soy sauce, and pepper. Stir rice and egg mix with 1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, rinsed and drained, 1/2 cup chopped onions. Heat 1/4 cup vegetable oil in large frying pan. Fry until light brown on each side and stack on paper towel.

OPTIONAL SAUCE:

2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. water

Mix cornstarch and soy sauce. Add water slowly. Cook over medium heat until thick.
