PUMPKIN CREAM PIE | |
3/4 c. cold milk (skim) 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jello vanilla pudding - sugar free (instant) 1/2 c. pumpkin 3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 8 oz. Cool Whip 2 graham crackers Crumble 2 graham crackers on bottom of 8 inch pie pan. Pour milk into bowl, add pudding, beat 1 minute. Blend in pumpkin spice and 2 cups of the Cool Whip. Spoon into pie pan. Chill 4 hours. Garnish with remaining Cool Whip. |
