CINNAMON SWEET ROLLS 
STEP 1:

Cook a couple of medium potatoes. Save water and mash potatoes.

STEP 2:

Dissolve 2 packages yeast in 1/2 cup of the warm potato water.

STEP 3:

1 c. milk
2/3 c. butter
1 c. mashed potatoes
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Dissolve all of this. After it cools, beat 2 eggs and add to this when the above is cooled (warm), add together with yeast and potato water.

STEP 4:

Now add 6 cups flour (until dough is not sticky). Knead about 10 minutes, put into a greased bowl until double in size (sit in warm place). Can be regular or cinnamon rolls.

CINNAMON ROLLS: Divide dough in half. Roll each piece out squarish -22 x 22 inches. Spread soft butter on what you have rolled out. Sprinkle brown sugar on this, then cinnamon, then nuts. Roll and cut into 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 inch pieces. Place in buttered baking pan. Cover, let rise until double in size, cover. Bake at 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Ice with powdered sugar icing (2 cups powdered sugar, milk and vanilla).
