AMISH FRIENDSHIP BREAD 
Do not refrigerate.

Day 1: Received from fried 1 cup starter.

Day 2, 3, 4: Stir once each day (do not beat).

Day 5: Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk. Stir.

Day 6, 7, 8, 9: Stir once each day.

Day 10: Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk. Stir.

Pour one cup mix into each of 3 small jars with lids and give to friend with directions.

To remaining batter add:

2/3 c. oil
2 c. plain flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs, beaten

Beat and pour into 2 greased and sugared loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees 45 to 50 minutes.
