SAUSAGE QUICHE | |
1/2 lb. whole hog sausage 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 2 tbsp. flour 1 unbaked pie shell 2 eggs, beaten 1 sm. can (2/3 c.) evaporated milk 2 tsp. parsley flakes Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Full cook sausage and onion. Drain well. Combine sausage, onion, cheese and flour. Mix and spread in pie shell. Beat together eggs, evaporated milk and parsley. Slowly pour over sausage mixture. Bake on baking sheet 35 to 40 minutes or until the filling is set. Serves 6. |
