BAKED BEEF BRISKET 
4 to 5 lb. brisket
Salt
Pepper

SAUCE (Mix and heat) :
1 c. catsup
6 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
4 dashes of soy sauce (or Tabasco)
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Place a large enough sheet of aluminum foil to completely wrap meat in a pan. Place brisket on foil, salt and pepper to taste. Loosely wrap foil around meat and bake 350 degrees for 2 hours. Then reduce heat to 300 degrees for the remaining 4 hours.

After baking at 300 degrees for 2 hours, pour off excess grease and brush meat with 1/2 sauce mixture. Recover meat with same foil and cook 1 hour then drain again. Brush on other half of sauce, cover and cook 1 more hour.
