PUMPKIN UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
3 lg. eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 lg. can pumpkin
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 lg. can evaporated milk

Mix well. Pour into 13 x 9 pan which has been sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle 1 package sour cream white or yellow cake mix over. Melt 3/4 cup butter and drizzle over.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and cover with 3/4 cup chopped nuts. Bake 30 minutes longer.
