CHICKEN JUBILEE 
4 fryers quartered or 10 to 12 chicken breasts
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. water
1/2 c. raisins
2 med. onions
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 (16 oz.) can Bing cherries, drained
1 c. sherry

Place chicken in shallow roasting pan skin side up. Season with salt and pepper, dribble with butter. Broil under medium flame until brown. Combine remaining ingredients except wine and cherries. Mix well and pour over chicken. Cover roaster with foil and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Fifteen minutes before done add wine and cherries. Serves 8.
