PEACH BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar, divided
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. corn starch
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. sliced peaches
1 c. blueberries
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

Combine 1/4 cup sugar, brown sugar and corn starch in sauce pan; add water. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and fruit. Pour into lightly greased 8 inch baking dish. Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder and salt. Add milk and butter; beat until smooth and spoon over fruit. Combine 2 tablespoons sugar and nutmeg; sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
