MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. brewed coffee
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
4 bars (1.2 oz. each) milk chocolate candy
1 3/4 c. flour

Set butter, cream, coffee, and eggs warm to room temperature for easy mixing. Grease and flour 9 x 11 pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine everything except candy bars. Beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Place in wire rack. Break chocolate bars into pieces. Place on hot cake, let stand 1 minute. Then spread with spatula. Cool and serve.
