DOUBLE PEANUT CLUSTERS 
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. freshly roasted Spanish peanuts
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Combine peanut butter and chips in the top of a double boiler and place over hot water until the chocolate melts. Stir until well blended. Add peanuts and stir until well coated. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper lined baking sheet. Chill until set. Makes about 2 dozen.
