1/2 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 c. Rice Krispies

Melt first 4 ingredients. Add rest. Put into 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate.
