STUFFED CABBAGE 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 egg
Salt
Grated onion
1/2 lb. raw rice
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 head cabbage
1 can sauerkraut
2-3 cans stewed tomatoes

Mix together first 6 ingredients in bowl. Soak cabbage in hot water until leaves start falling from head. Pull leaves apart, wrap leaves around a few tablespoons of the meat mixture.
