REDUCED FAT CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
3/4 c. cornmeal
3/4 c. unbleached flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
3 egg whites
1/3 c. corn oil butter, melted

Combine all and mix well. Spray 9 x 13 dish with Pam, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
