LIME KIWI YOGURT PIE 
1 1/2 pkg. lime Jello (or sugar-free)
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. frozen vanilla yogurt
1 graham cracker crust (or prepared pastry crust)
2 kiwis
1 banana (optional)

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Blend with yogurt, add one sliced kiwi and one sliced banana. Chill about 1/2 hour. Pour thickened mixture into pie shell. Chill until firm. Garnish with slices from one kiwi before serving. Add a dollop of whipped cream if desired. Serves 6.
