CHOCOLATE BAVARIAN 
2 c. milk
1 1/3 tbsp. gelatin
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped vanilla chocolate (semi-sweet)
1/2 c. egg yolks
2 c. whipping cream

Put milk into a 2 quart saucepan and heat. Mix the sugar and gelatin together and add slowly to the heated milk. Also add the vanilla extract and salt.

After milk is hot, remove from heat and add chopped vanilla chocolate and stir until melted. Add egg yolks and mix well. Pour mixture into flat pan to cool.
