PORK CHOP FT. RUCKER 
4 pork chops
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. salt
White pepper
1/4 c. finely sliced leeks
1 tsp. paprika
4 slices Cheddar cheese

Fry the pork chops in the butter, 3 minutes on each side. Add salt and pepper. Put the leeks on top of the pork chops and add paprika seasoning. Pour a little bit of the butter/dripping on each pork chop. Put the slices of cheese on top. Let it slowly cook under lid, simmer until cheese is melted (3 to 4 minutes).

Serve together with rice and a tomato salad. Serves 4.
