TURKEY AND DRESSING PIE 
2 1/2 c. prepared cornbread dressing
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. finely chopped cooked turkey
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
4 eggs
2/3 c. half and half

Combine dressing and butter; mix well. Press on bottom and up sides of 9 inch quiche dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Cool. Combine turkey, cheese; spread in shell. Combine eggs, half and half and beat well. Pour over turkey mix. Reduce oven to 325 degrees. Bake 35-40 minutes. Especially nice for brunch with green salad, rolls.
