2 1/2 c. prepared cornbread dressing
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. chopped cooked turkey
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs
2/3 c. half & half

Combine dressing and melted butter; mix well. Press on bottom and sides of 9 inch quiche dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Cool.

Combine turkey and cheese, spread in pastry shell. Combine eggs and half & half; beat well. Pour over turkey mixture; bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until pie is set.
