LIME JELLO SALAD 
2 boxes lime jello
1 can crushed pineapple
juice of 1 lemon or 3 tbsp. bottle lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. cold water
1 c. chopped nuts
1 large c. of longhorn cheese (shredded)
1 large carton Cool Whip

Heat pineapple with sugar to boiling point and remove from heat. Add jello, stir well to dissolve. Add cold water, lemon juice. Chill until set. Add cheese, nuts and Cool Whip. Chill till set firm.

Makes 16-20 servings.
