MOCK CRAB CAKES 
2 c. grated zucchini squash, unpeeled
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. Miracle Whip
1 c. bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

Lay grated zucchini on paper towels to remove moisture. Mix all the rest of the ingredients together with the zucchini. Make cakes. Fry in shortening until browned on both sides.
