BEEF GOULASH | |
2 lbs. stew meat, cubed 2 lg. green peppers 1 lg. red pepper 1 lg. onion, chopped 2 (15 oz.) cans Hunts tomato sauce 4 pkgs. McCormick's brown gravy mix 4 c. water Salt & pepper 16 oz. bag wide egg noodles Boil stew meat for 45 minutes to an hour. In another pot, mix 2 cans of tomato sauce, 4 packages of brown gravy mix, 4 cups of water, sliced peppers and onions and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Add the drained meat, cover and simmer for 2 hours. Serve over cooked noodles. Serves 4 to 6 people. |
