CREAMY CHEESE CAKE PIE 
1 1/2 c. graham crumbs (about 20 sqs.)
3 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted

Mix well crumbs, sugar and butter. Reserve 3 tablespoons mixture for topping if desired. Press remaining mixture firmly against bottom and side of pie plate.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz. each) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare crust. Beat cream cheese slightly. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon peel; beat until light and fluffy. Pour into crust. Bake until firm, about 30-35 minutes. Spread Cheese Cake Topping carefully over pie; cool. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.

CHEESE CAKE TOPPING:

Mix 1 cup dairy sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla.
