ENCHILADA PIE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Salt & pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Tortillas
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Brown hamburger and onion; drain grease off. Add tomato sauce and spices. Bring to a boil. In a round, greased casserole, alternate layers; tortillas, meat, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese. Save 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese to sprinkle on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
