STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
12 lg. mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 tbsp. sherry wine
Dash salt & pepper

Wash mushrooms, remove stems. Set aside mushrooms. Mince stems very fine. Saute in butter. Add rest of ingredients up to sherry wine; blend. Add enough sherry to moisten. Pile into mushroom cups and sprinkle lightly with extra crumbs. Arrange on a serving plate. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave 4 minutes. Allow to rest before removing plastic. Serve warm. Can be prepared ahead. Refrigerate and reheat for 1 minute.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
