GLAZED CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up (skin remove is optional)
1 c. Heinz 57 sauce
1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. Spice Island Old Hickory salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. chili powder

Place chicken on cookie sheet. Salt and pepper it. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn over and bake additional 15 minutes. Mix ingredients for glaze. Generously apply to both sides of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Apply more glaze to taste. Continue baking until done and glaze again before serving.
