CHINESE TACOS 
1 lb. minced cooked pork, chicken, or beef
1/2 c. minced celery
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. minced and soaked dried Oriental mushrooms
Dash of white pepper
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1/2 to 1 tbsp. curry powder
3/4 lb. won ton wrappers
Oil for deep frying

Combine pork, celery, onion, mushrooms, white pepper, soy sauce, and curry powder; mix well. Place 1 teaspoon filling just off center of each won ton wrapper. Fold wrapper over filling, forming a rectangle. Pleat open edges and press to seal. Fry in deep wok heated to 375 degrees until golden brown. Makes 50. Serve with dip made of: 1 part Chinese sesame oil, 2 parts soy sauce, and hot pepper flakes may be added if desired.
