SCALLOPED POTATOES & HAM 
6 to 7 med. size potatoes
1 c. cubed ham
1 can cream of chicken soup
Milk
Cheese slices

Peel and slice potatoes (round and medium thin slices). Alternately layer ham and potatoes in 13 x 9 baking dish. Mix soup and 1 can of milk. Pour over potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and place cheese on top. Return to oven until cheese melts. Serves 6 to 8.
