CUCUMBER SALAD 
3 cucumbers
1 lg. tomato
1/2 red onion
1 green pepper
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
Dash of coarsely ground pepper

Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces, place in bowl. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar and pepper in jar; shake well. Pour over vegetables, toss lightly. Chill for several hours.
