DEEP-DISH PIZZA 
#2 1/2 can tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 pkg. hot roll mix
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. oil
6 slices Mozzarella
4 oz. pkg. pepperoni
1 lb. ground beef, browned, drained

Combine tomatoes, onion, pepper, sugar, salt, garlic powder, oregano and basil in saucepan. Simmer 15 or 20 minutes, stirring frequently.

Prepare hot roll mix as directed on package for pizza dough. Roll about 1/8 inch thick. Fit in bottom and partly up sides of 7x11 inch baking dish. Brush bottom with oil.

Layer half of Parmesan, ground beef, tomato sauce, Mozzarella and pepperoni; sprinkle remaining Parmesan over all. Bake 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
