BISHOP'S BREAD 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. Crisco
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
3/4 c. sour milk

Mix flour, sugar, salt and Crisco. Save 3/4 C. for topping crumbs. To remaining batter add the other ingredients. Pour into greased pan and scatter crumbs over the top.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a 400°F oven.
