RECEPTION SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon flavored Jello
1 can (29 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 jar (3 oz.) pimento, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2/3 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Dash of salt

Drain and save the pineapple. Heat the juice to the boiling point. Mix in gelatin, stirring well until dissolved. Add all other ingredients. Pour into preferably a circular mold and chill well until set. Fill center of chilled mold with mayonnaise, sprinkle with paprika and place on a bed of fresh lettuce.
