APPLE JELLY 
3 lg. apples (10 or 11)

Quarter apples and add to 5 cups of water, bring to boil. Boil until mixture sheets off spoon, 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from heat, skim off foam, put in hot jars. Seal with lids or paraffin wax. Makes 3 1/2 pints.
