BUTTERSCOTCH PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. light corn syrup
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. pecan halves
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl in order listed; mix well. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes longer or until set. (Depending on the oven, it may take a lot longer before it is set.) Cool on wire rack.
