AUNT EUNICE'S PEPPER STEAK STEW 
3 lbs. pepper steak
1 stick butter
3 cloves garlic
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 green peppers
1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes
1 beef bouillon
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

In skillet melt butter. Add garlic, beef and saute until browned. Remove meat. Add onions and green pepper, saute 2 minutes. Return meat to skillet along with tomatoes and bouillon cube. Simmer 5 minutes.

Blend cornstarch, water, soy sauce, sugar and salt. Stir into meat mixture. Cook until thickened. Serve over noodles.
