CHUCK STEAK STEW 
1 pkg. boneless chuck steak (according to size or family)
1 onion, sliced
4 potatoes, diced
5 carrots, sliced
1 can Franco American beef gravy
1/4 tsp. oil

Brown steak in skillet with oil and salt and pepper to taste. Drain oil. Add onions, potatoes and carrots and stir. Add gravy and stir again. Cover with lid and simmer for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours until vegetables are tender. Serve with tossed salad and warm French bread. Delicious! (Ingredients can be increased according to family.) Serves 5.
