ORANGE AND CREAM CHEESE SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 ripe banana, mashed
Lettuce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. diced canned pears

Prepare 1 package of the gelatin as directed on package, decreasing water by 1/2 cup. Pour into 4-cup mold and chill until firm. Prepare second package as directed above, and chill in bowl until the consistency of unbeaten egg white. Beat cream cheese, mashed banana, lemon juice and thickened gelatin until well blended. Fold in chopped celery and diced pears. Pour over orange gelatin and chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce leaves. Serves 6.
