RABBIT BAKE 
2 cut up rabbits
salt and pepper
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Sauce:

2 onion, sliced
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. minced garlic
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
3 c. tomato juice

Shake in gallon bag the rabbit, flour, salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil until brown on both sides. Then add 1 cup water and steam until tender.
