CHEERY FRUIT MOLD 
13 1/4 oz. can pineapple chunks
3 oz. pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
3 oz. raspberry Jello
11 oz. can mandarin oranges
1 c. boiling water
3 oz. pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. whipped topping (or lite Cool Whip)
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Drain pineapple; reserve 1/2 cup sugar. Dissolve lime Jello; stir in syrup. Add pineapple. Pour into 2 quart bowl. Chill until set.

Dissolve lemon Jello. Gradually add to combined mayonnaise and whipped topping. Chill until partially set. Pour over lime layer. Chill until set.

Drain oranges; reserve 1/2 cup syrup. Dissolve raspberry Jello. Add syrup. Add oranges. Pour over lemon layer. Chill until set. Garnish with orange segments and mint leaves. 8-10 servings.
