OVEN-CHARCOALED BRISKET 
Beef brisket
Celery seed
Onion salt
Garlic salt
Barbecue spice
Liquid smoke

MAMMAW'S BBQ SAUCE:

2 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. honey
2 c. BBQ sauce (K.C. Masterpiece)
1/4 c. ketchup

Sprinkle celery seed, onion salt, garlic salt and barbecue spice on brisket. Put in baking dish and sprinkle liquid smoke on top. Cover pan with foil; let set in refrigerator 6-8 hours. Put in 225 degree oven and let cook all night. Put it in refrigerator in morning.

When ready to eat, slice however you like it and cover with barbecue sauce and bake covered with foil for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
