Cake:

1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1 small can mandarin Oranges (drained)

Mix together then beat well. Pour into greased and floured 9 X 12 cake pan and bake according to directions on box. Cool Well.

Part 2:

1 8 oz. cool whip
1 small can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 small instant vanilla pudding

Cover cake and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
