STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. lg. mushrooms
1 onion, chopped finely
2 stalks celery, chopped fine
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. corn flakes, crushed

Clean mushrooms, and remove stems. Chop stems, add to chopped onions and celery. Saute in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Stuff caps with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
