CORNISH HENS L'ORANGE 
4 Cornish hens

MARINADE:

Mix all ingredients together: 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger 2 tbsp. lime or lemon juice 3 tbsp. dry white wine 2 tbsp. orange 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. potato starch 1 grated garlic clove

Place hens in a plastic bag. Pour marinade over them. Refrigerate overnight. Arrange hens in a baking dish, cover with the marinade. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
