MINCEMEAT SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. cherry Jello
1 (9 oz.) pkg. None Such mincemeat or 1/3 jar Cross & Blackwell mincemeat
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, with juice
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 can dark sweet cherries with juice

Dissolve Jello in one cup boiling water. If using boxed mincemeat, add 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/4 cup water. Heat slowly and stir until smooth. If using Cross & Blackwell, use directly from jar without adding anything. Add crushed pineapple with juice and nuts and cherries and juice. Pour into mold and chill. Should serve 8. Great for the holidays.
