MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange Jello
1 pt. orange sherbet
2 c. water and juice from oranges
1 c. mandarin oranges

DRESSING:

1 c. marshmallows
1 c. coconut
1 c. sour cream
1 c. pineapple chunks
1 c. mandarin oranges

Bring water and juice to boil. Dissolve Jello in water. Add sherbet and dissolve. Add mandarin oranges. Place in round mold and chill. Serve with dressing.
